Questions people ask
Does Axis Neo have lounge access?
Axis doesn't list airport lounge access for Neo. MY ZONE gives 1 domestic lounge visit each calendar quarter, up to 4 a year, once you've spent ₹50,000 in the previous 3 calendar months. A new MY ZONE card skips that spend rule in its month of issue and the next 3 months.
Can I use MY ZONE or Neo on UPI?
Yes. Both are RuPay cards, so either can be linked to a UPI app. Axis doesn't publish what UPI payments earn on either card.
Which is cheaper to keep, MY ZONE or Neo?
Neo: a ₹250 joining fee, charged after you activate the card, and ₹250 a year from the second year. Axis advertises Neo as lifetime free through some application channels. MY ZONE charges ₹500 joining and ₹500 a year. Axis publishes no spend-based waiver for either, and fees are plus GST.
Do they earn points on fuel, rent or bills?
No. Neither earns EDGE points on fuel, rent, utility bills, wallet loads, insurance, education or government payments, and MY ZONE also gives none on movie tickets. MY ZONE waives the 1% fuel surcharge on ₹400 to ₹4,000 transactions, up to ₹400 a statement cycle; Axis doesn't publish a fuel surcharge waiver for Neo.
